How do I go about booking a course?

To arrange a course, ring, email or fax using our contact details and speak to one of the team. We try as much as possible to work around your schedules and spare time so as to provide the training you want when you want it. 

What is the course booking process?

After speaking to the team and deciding when you want the training done, we require two things. You will be passed a booking form which we require to be filled in and returned with a ten percent deposit to secure your place. Joining instructions will then be sent out to you explaining when where and how your training will take place.
Full payment is expected prior to the commencement of the course or on the first day.

What equipment do I need to bring with me?

We recommend that delegates come equipped with warm and maybe waterproof clothing depending on the weather conditions. A hat and a pair of thin leather gloves may also be advisable, but these can be supplied from our on site shop if needs be.
People undertaking a rigging and lifting course will also require some steel toe capped footwear, again if you need us to source some for you we can do this with a couple of weeks notice.

We are able to provide full climbing kits for all of our course delegates as well as any other equipment that may be necessary. For customers who want a tailored training solution which may use specialist equipment, we are also able to organise this with some prior warning.

If you want to bring your own PPE equipment with you all we ask is that you bring the associated certificates of conformity and inspection records with you.
