Introduction

This one day training course is for persons wishing to undertake Heavy lifting operations with a Capstan winch. The course is designed to equip the delegate with all the required skills and knowledge to safely undertake lifting operations in accordance with the LOLER & PUWER regulations.

The delegate will have to demonstrate a clear understanding of SWL, Anchors, Knott’s for rigging, Complex pulley systems, safe lifting and lowering using a mechanical Hoist.
